Compassionate, advanced mobile wound care for you and your loved ones — right here on the Treasure Coast.
Michelle Gozar is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Wound Care Certified specialist with a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, earned in 2017. Originally from Rhode Island, she has lived on the Treasure Coast since 1997.
She is the founder of Treasure Coast Wound Care, a mobile healthcare service that brings expert, personalized treatment directly to patients in their homes and in community-based settings such as assisted living, memory care, and independent living facilities. Michelle provides a full range of services including preventative care, primary care, chronic condition management, wound debridement, chronic, acute and palliative wound care.
Her approach is built on the belief that healing happens best in familiar, comfortable surroundings. By combining clinical skill with compassion, Michelle helps improve recovery, reduce hospital visits, and support long-term well-being.
When she’s not caring for patients, Michelle enjoys competitive axe throwing, gardening, and spending time with her family, including a French Bulldog and a Boston Terrier who firmly believe they’re in charge.
To give every Treasure Coast patient world-class wound care at home—making healing easier, faster, and less stressful for you and your loved ones.
